KUKA Sound was started by me with the idea to provide emotive and unique original music with high-end sound design in one package. I believe music and sound design are two ingredients best prepared in the same kitchen. This allows for a more efficient workflow, creative control and unique results. Fresh ingredients + talented chefs = unique recipes! KUKA provides complete curated solutions for films, TV, branding, art projects, theatre, and games. I have written and published close to 50 solo albums among others by SONY BMG, Universal Music PM, EMI PM, Ninja Tune PM, Alibi, DNA, GUM, Bibliotheque. Recent international TV commercial highlights include scoring music for: Super Bowl 2021, Renault, Audi, Chevron, Dunkin Donuts, Tiffany’s, Tokyo Olympics to name a few. Music featured on many popular films like “Catfish” and shows on Netflix, BBC and HBO like “Succession”. In Estonia, most recently I composed 2 seasons for our biggest TV series and international collaborative project to date: detective series “Von Fock”.

The catalogue of albums in steadily growing. I aim for a boutique approach - like a small Michelin-star restaurant that is hidden away, but leaves you breathless after one bite.

KUKA Sound is located on the shores of the Baltic Sea in Tallinn, Estonia. The location allows us to provide top quality services at great value compared to other studios in Europe. The same applies for recording choirs and orchestras: Estonia offers unique locations and performers for a competitive price. Several top classical releases by ECM records have been recorded and produced in Tallinn. A dear fellow Estonian, and most performed alive composer, Arvo Pärt had recorded his work in the churches of Tallinn as well.
